I designed the logo for Ko & S with a focus on simplicity, elegance, and a formal aesthetic. I incorporated a single line to the right of the first stroke of ‘K‘ and ‘S‘ at their entry points, symbolizing solidity and the commitment to follow through with plans. While ‘S‘ originally had an upward curve with a gap, I filled the space to convey a grounded state for both ‘K‘ and ‘S.‘ Intentional gaps were introduced in ‘O‘ and ‘&‘ to add a playful element and create a resemblance to commonly used parentheses in coding. This clever touch aims to evoke a sense of familiarity, transforming recognition into reassurance in terms of branding. Choosing black as the color allows for versatility, enabling the logo to adapt seamlessly to various backgrounds by switching to a white base or altering the color. This strategic approach enhances the logo‘s applicability and versatility for branding purposes
